Teacher Recruitment Criteria:
（一）Domestic Campus Recruitment
1、Full-time master’s degree or higher.
2、Graduates from normal universities must major in a relevant discipline; graduates from comprehensive universities must have a specialization related to the subject they intend to teach, with a deep passion for their field.
3、Preference given to those who served as key members of student unions or clubs during their studies.
4、Preference given to outstanding academic achievers and scholarship recipients.
5、Preference given to holders of teaching certifications.
（二）Overseas Campus Recruitment
1、Full-time master’s degree or higher.
2、Specialization in a field relevant to the subject to be taught, with a deep passion for the discipline.
3、For English teaching positions: IELTS 7.5 (with no sub-score below 7.0) or TOEFL 110+ (with a minimum of 25 per section). For other subjects: IELTS 6.5+ or TOEFL 90+.
4、Preference given to graduates from top 100 universities in QS, THE, or USNews rankings.
5、Preference given to those who completed both undergraduate and graduate studies in English-speaking countries.
6、Preference given to holders of Chinese teaching certifications.
（三）Social Recruitment
1、Holders of senior professional titles.
2、Holders of advanced teacher titles, with additional recognition as special-grade teacher (special-grade teachers) or national honors.
3、Generally under 55 years old (exceptions for outstanding candidates); preference for those under 50.
