The Taste of MBS
The campus features three Chinese-style dining halls and one Western restaurant, providing three nutritionally balanced meals daily.
Students can choose from a diverse selection of dishes, including various Chinese cuisines, local specialty snacks, and authentic Western meals. The school's dining operations prioritize food safety by strictly controlling eight critical points: procurement and inspection, staff management, process layout, separation of raw and cooked foods, cleaning and disinfection, heating and storage, warehouse management, and "three-proof measures" (prevention of pests, dust, and contamination).
With a commitment to nutritious and healthy eating, professional nutritionists design daily menus based on the principles of low heat, low sodium, and low cholesterol as the primary focus, and moderate calories, fat, sugar, and cholesterol as supplementary considerations. This ensures students receive sufficient but not excessive daily intake of essential nutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates, trace elements, etc.).
