Instructions and Application guide for transfer and class transfer of Meisha bilingual school in Yantian District in the

Yantian District Private transfer application system will be opened on January 10, 2022. Parents who intend to enroll in Meisha bilingual school in the spring of 2022 should pay attention to the online application and the admission verification of degree application materials. The specific schedule is as follows:
1、 Degree online application (Google browser is recommended)
Degree application time: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on January 10, 2022

Please log in to Yantian District Private transfer system: https://ytzs.yantian.org.cn/visitytmbzxcbjz Click on the right side of the "no sign up", with student ID card or Hong Kong and Macao pass number and other ID number, fill in the important information of the students and parents, confirm the information is correct, save the submission.

2、 Verification of application data

Time: January 11, 2022 (9:00-11:30 a.m. and 2:00-4:00 p.m.)

Venue: Meisha Bilingual School (implemented according to epidemic prevention requirements at that time)

Please bring the original and copy of the following corresponding degree application materials to our school for verification.

1) children of registered residence in Shenzhen (including Taiwan nationality)

(1) Student birth certificate; (check the original and receive the copy)

(2) ID card, household register and home page of students and parents, or pass for Taiwan residents to and from the mainland and residence permit for Taiwan residents (check the original and keep the copy)

(3) Legal housing certification materials in Yantian District: purpose (residence). The family purchasing the house shall provide the house property certificate / real estate certificate / house purchase contract; Renting households require the rental Certificate (the lease term of house lease reminder: the minimum term of residence for registered residence students in Shenzhen is at least 5 months (original copy, recovered).

(4) Record family planning information: Please enter family planning information at the community workstation in your current residence. (registration only)

(5) vaccination certificate: please pay attention to official account "Shenzhen CDC" to issue (original).

2) non registered residence children in Shenzhen (including Hong Kong and Macao)

(1) Student birth certificate; (check the original and receive the copy)

(2) ID card, household register and home page of students and parents, or Hong Kong (Macao) permanent identity card, Hong Kong and Macao residents' pass to and from the mainland (return permit) and Hong Kong and Macao residence permit (original and photocopy shall be inspected)

(3) the registered residence of the Shenzhen special economic zone with the function of at least one party of the non resident household register.

Shenzhen registered residence parents provide photocopy of the identity card (original copy and reprint).

(4) Social security card or insurance certificate of one parent in Shenzhen (check the original and receive the copy)

(5) Hong Kong and Macao students need to provide: the notarial certificate of kinship between their parents and students issued by the Shenzhen notarial Department (check the original and take the photocopy)

(6) Legal housing certification materials in Yantian District: purpose (residence). The family purchasing the house shall provide the house property certificate / real estate certificate / house purchase contract; Renting households should provide "rental documents" (rental lease reminders: non registered residence students, one year and 5 months' time (check the original, retrieve the printed parts).

(7) Record family planning information: Please enter family planning information at the community workstation in your current residence. (registration only)

4、 Enrollment object and enrollment plan

Students who are enrolled in grades 7 and 8 in the spring of 2022 and meet the relevant transfer conditions of Shenzhen.

In the spring of 2021, Grade 7 plans to recruit 8 students, and grade 8 plans to recruit 8 students in the spring.

5、 Warm reminder

Please read this guide carefully and prepare all application materials in advance. If the application materials are incomplete or false, the school will not accept it. If you cannot apply for a degree online or submit materials to the school on time, the school does not guarantee to provide a degree.
